This is a great option for companies looking to hire the right candidate. An experienced recruiter will take your requirements and search our network of potential candidates and/or recruit potential candidates from an appropriate company. Momentum Search will guide you through the entire hiring process. We don’t require any money up front to begin this process.

Retained Search

Many companies use this option to fill a specific ‘hard to fill’, Director, VP or CXO level position. With the payment that is received up front we dedicate more time and resources to your search.
