Senior Software Engineer (Database)

We are seeking talented Software Engineers to become part of our winning team. Sales

Manager, Worldwide Renewal Sales

 

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage an Enterprise-Class Renewals organization by developing and implementing FAST, REPEATABLE, and SCALABLE processes of capturing data, creating compelling marketing campaigns to drive demand, integrating marketing, order processing, reporting and data modeling capabilities to ensure sales execution.

  • Maximize service revenue, increase renewal rates on warranty contracts, sell more upgrades and add-on products, and enhance customer relationships.

  • Follow-up with customers to establish relationship, handle queries and negotiate final quotation.

  • Work with “company” Cross Functional to resolve any install base and data integrity issues highlighted during renewal discussions

  • Establish close working relationship with Support Account Managers and authorized Partners in relevant geography.

  • Participate in developing and implementing of new processes for Renewals organization in EMEA

  • Participate in Business Process Improvement Forums as appropriate.

 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Telesales experience; specifically in areas of customer services, sales or telesales in a networking, telecommunications, or leading software sales.

  • Previous Renewals Experience

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills; proven ability to develop processes and procedures which track and maximize sales revenues.

  • Enthusiastic, driven and confident; ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's mission, product and business opportunity with contagious conviction.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a high volume, demanding, rapidly changing environment.

  • Excellent organization and planning skills; can prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Solid understanding of end-to-end order fulfillment process and key interdependencies

  • Having worked in ERP environment previously.

 

SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Our client has an immediate need for a key team player within our Inside Sales organization. This position requires a Sales Support/Telebusiness oriented individual to act as a first point of contact for customers/prospects.

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Extensive prospecting and selling to companies in Global 2000 at C-level

  • Perform opportunity identification, account qualification, and needs analysis at all prospect levels

  • Using phone, e-mail and Internet to perform selling activity and close new business

  • Maintain required activity metrics, via phone calls, appointments, demos and proposals

  • Respond to inbound inquiries based on marketing campaigns including: web promotions and leads, e-mail, webinars, seminars, print ads, and trade shows

  • Engage Sr. Account Executives a to articulate the value add of “company’s” suite of offerings

  • Work closely with Field Sales Managers to identify and close new opportunities in several key verticals

  • Remain knowledgeable and up-to-date on product roadmap, industry changes and development

 

Technical Knowledge and Skills Required:

  • 3+ years Telesales experience focused NEM and leading enterprise OEMs or software sales.

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills; proven ability to develop processes and procedures to track and maximize sales revenues.

  • Enthusiastic, driven and confident; ability to clearly and persuasively articulate the company's mission, product and business opportunity with contagious conviction.

  • Knowledge of business organizational structures and buying influences

  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques

  • Must be able to learn new software quickly: use of internal applications to retrieve leads and distribute qualified leads to sales force (training provided)

  • Ability to work independently towards a common team goal

  • BS/ BA or equivalent knowledge

 

Marketing

DIRECTOR OR SENIOR PRODUCT MANAGER

Job Responsibilities:
Determine and prioritize product requirements that meet target customer needs —

  • Define required feature set, functionality, and performance characteristics for future high-speed networking hardware and software products

  • Proactively communicate with current and prospective customers to understand product requirements.

  • Become an expert in our target application segments and drive features into the product line that will provide the best differentiation and highest potential sales.

  • Fully understand the competitive environment and our differentiation.

  • Work closely with engineering, support and our field organization to prioritize requirements.

  • Determine target product pricing and cost structures for maximum profitability.

 

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following background: 

  • At least 7 to 10 years of product management or product marketing at a leading computer systems, networking, systems software or storage subsystems company

  • Managed a team of product managers for at least 3 years.

  • Experience working with and meeting the needs of OEM customers

  • Knowledge of the open source & Linux software environments.

  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.

  • Be action oriented, a strategic thinker, and possess a "can do" positive attitude.

  • Have an engineering undergrad degree.

  • Have an MBA from a top 20 program.
