Responsibilities:

Build and manage an
Enterprise-Class Renewals organization by developing and
implementing FAST, REPEATABLE, and SCALABLE processes of
capturing data, creating compelling marketing campaigns to
drive demand, integrating marketing, order processing,
reporting and data modeling capabilities to ensure sales
execution.

Maximize service revenue,
increase renewal rates on warranty contracts, sell more
upgrades and add-on products, and enhance customer
relationships.

Follow-up with customers to
establish relationship, handle queries and negotiate final
quotation.

Work with “company” Cross
Functional to resolve any install base and data integrity
issues highlighted during renewal discussions

Establish close working
relationship with Support Account Managers and authorized
Partners in relevant geography.

Requirements:

3-5 years Telesales experience;
specifically in areas of customer services, sales or

our Inside Sales organization. This position requires a Sales
