Momentum Search, LLC is a professional search firm focusing on high-tech talent in Northern California. We pride ourselves in being efficient, focused, and very accessible. We conduct searches for companies in the early stages of corporate life, multi-billion dollar publicly traded corporations, and everyone in between. Our success has come through years of cultivating relationships and truly helping hiring managers and staffing personnel build their teams.

We provide staffing solutions in the areas of development, marketing, and sales. Within these fields, we offer excellent candidates for full time permanent positions as well as contract positions. Geographically we focus on the West Coast. However, many of our clients engage us to help them build sales and marketing teams throughout different regions of the United States. Most of the candidates we represent are introduced to our clients through direct recruitment out of key competitors and through a referral process built upon years of successful placements and relationship building.
